Since my first year in the industry in 2010, I have been an award winning Realtor and member of the RE/MAX 100% club. I am also a wife, to a very supportive husband and a mother of two adorable girls, Abigail (age 7) & Annabelle (age 2), without whom my success would not be possible.
My business has thrived based on my desire to put my clients needs first. My client's best interest is my best interest. Using this as my number one professional priority has been my greatest strength. As a result, the vast majority of my business has come from repeat clients & referrals from these clients. While most were strangers when we met; I now consider them friends.
My passion in real estate is helping others discover what owning a property can do for them & their financial future. Whether it's helping 1st time home buyers reach their dreams, or helping families choose their next family home; every client has their own story & I love being a part of it.
I also have a knack for helping investors acquire properties that either offer a consistent revenue stream or the significant potential to make a large financial return. My experience in managing the design, planning and construction phases of a variety of renovations projects, from condo conversion developments to residential overhauls, has given me the knowledge, skills and contacts required to consistently deliver significant returns for my clients. On the listing side, I have a strategic approach for each individual property in order make it sell as quickly as possible with the most money possible left in the hand of my clients. While this sometimes means making strategic changes to the home before putting it to market, my personal statistics show that it is worth the effort. In 2015, I finished in the top 9% of agents in the City of St. John's while my listings sold for 2% more on average and 56% faster than my peers.
On the buying side, my clients describe me as hard working, patient, diligent, analytical and knowledgeable. I never advise a buyer to make an offer before they have their own educated opinion on the area, the market and whether a property meets their needs. My approach to representing buyers is constantly changing in order to reflect the changes in market conditions and the needs of my clients at any given time. The one constant is my ability to always ensure that the best interest of my clients are protected.
