Joanna Pilgrim, born in Goose Bay to a military family, has had the pleasure of living in several provinces throughout her life, including Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, and Ontario. Growing up, she spent her summers on the Northern Peninsula of NL which led her to establish deep roots to the Island and a strong dedication to her family. She quickly realized her love for Newfoundland and its people and made the move to St. John's immediately after graduating high school 12 years ago.

After living in both urban and rural areas she found a deep appreciation for rural life and decided to settle on the Southern Shore where she currently resides with her partner Taylor and their two pups, Rayla and Marsea. Joanna has a passion for home renovations and design which led her to purchase a fixer-upper house four years ago. Both inside and out, she has been working tirelessly to make this house her dream home. When not completing renovations, Joanna can be found working on her pastime of giving old furniture new life through restoration. She also has a love for hiking and history and has traveled and camped throughout countless locations across the island.

She comes to us with 15 years of customer service experience as well as a commitment to honesty and respect towards each customer she serves. Through her experience as a marketing coordinator as well as with managing a boat tour company, Joanna brings a wealth of knowledge around advertising and the power of social media. Joanna is driven and dedicated to providing quality work as she helps you reach your home buying and selling ambitions!
